As you told you are unable to control your habit of
masturbation now a days and despite serious attempts you fail to abstain. I can understand the agony you are facing as it is no longer a pleasurable activity rather it has become a compulsive act. It occurs because you feel an urge to do so repeatedly. This urge should be controlled.
Fortunately there is therapy available to control the urge to masturbate. You should avoid any pornographic material in any form, avoiding vicinity to any possible sexual partner. You should be spending more time among others and avoid privacy to reduce the chances of masturbation- like going to public toilet rather than personal toilet, sleeping with door open etc. You may try to shift attention to some other pleasurable things like engaging in games, listening favourite music etc at the time of urge. The more you delay/resist your urge, more are the chances of cure.
Routinely you should indulge in some alternate pleasuring activities like playing games, reading good fictions, listening to soothing music for some time, watching your favourite TV serial etc. It will provide you an alternative way of pleasure rather than masturbation.
You have to understand that masturbation is not a desired way to de-
stress yourself. Rather you should adopt healthy stress free lifestyle by having regular balanced nutritious diet, by avoiding any drug/substance, by doing regular yoga/meditation/relaxation exercise, regular physical activity & socialization, and taking enough rest.
Ideally you should be benefited with these measure. If you are not getting enough relief then you may require prescription of few psychotropic medicines for a period of time. You will be fine soon.
