Suggest Treatment To Cure An Open Lump On Elbow

Had a hard painful red lump on my elbow
It opened up and I have been draining puss and dark coloured blood from it for 3 days
It will not stop oozing and there seems to be more puss all the time and I can never get it all
The opening is about the size of a 5 cent piece

The middle of the opening seems to be a white colour and the outside is a nornal fleshy colour

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. This is the lump which needs an attention of a surgeon. The slough needs to be removed and would cleaned and dressed nicely along with proper antibiotic cover and anti-inflammatory medicines for a better recovery. As also is required rest to the elbow by a sling for early healing. Wounds over any moving joints will take far more time time to heal.
