Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are suffering from polycystic ovarian disorder. You need blood tests such as blood sugar level, thyroid status of T3, T4, TSH plus testosterone, estradiol, prolactin. After confirmation of diagnosis you need drugs such as Metformin and Danazol. If there is no effect on facial hair with drugs then you can also undergo laser removal.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
