Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,see a psychiatrist and share your problem with him, he will prescribe you mood stabilizer. Which will help in controlling your racing thought. At times in BPAD(Bipolar Affective Mood Disorder) there is fluctuation of mood from depression (low) to mania (high), its called Ultra Rapid Cycling. So it will be better if you don't waste your time any further and seek a help from your psychiatrist.
