Suggest Treatment To Cure Cough And Cold

hii...my daughter is 2yrs 2mnths old.For the past one week she is having cough..we have consulted a doctor here and he started antibiotic medicines.But cough is still there.taking medicines for the past 2 days..now she is having runny nose.what should we do?
