I am apparently normal, before 4 months,when I develop a hypo-pigmented patch of dimension 2 * 1cms in the right infra orbital region;
accompanied by small similar satellite patches surrounding the above region viz over the right maxilla, over the ala of
nose and in the angle of mouth. The patches are painless and non-symmetrical. There is no history of anesthesia or paraesthesia on the
macules. The patch show gradual progression over the period of time and have caused significant cosmetic deformity.
I consulted Prof. Paily of Alleppey Medical College and he prescribed medication which are as follows.

1. Wyeth 1 - 0 - 1
2. Riboflavin 0 -1 - 0
3. Astymin -M 0 - 0 - 1

I took the medicine for 2 weeks. After that i took irregularly. Above lesions showed no improvement.
