Suggest Treatment To Cure Mono Rash

I have a pretty bad mono rash for about four days due to taking an antibiotic. I was wondering what I could do to speed the process along. Would epsom salt or baking powder work? I've been applying hydrocortizone 2.5% and taking benedryl. I'm a male, 18 years old, 140 lb.
