Suggest Treatment To Cure Severe Depression

My daughter died two years ago and I don t leave my house I feel safe in my home right now. When I go somewhere where I live there are only memories and painful places that I have been with her. I have two other daughters and I feel guilty not being there for them. I went on lexapro it s was working but there are health issues so I am weening off this drug. Everyone tells me to go on with my life but they didn t lose a child. It the hardest thing. To live with any suggestions I also have lupus and the stress is not making me feel good all the time my family doesn t understand how I feel I really miss my daughter so much.

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have adjustment disorder. In that case, only antidepressant would not help you. Along with lexapro, you can try life style modification like morning or evening walk, try to spend time with family member. Rest, you can discuss with your doctor. In that case, you need further help, you can consult.
