i'am a young boy of 19 years old.....i eat alot...after every 2 hrs of gap.....i play sport of football everyday for 1-2 hrs time....my friends say i eat alot amongsts of them...but then too i'am very thnin and dont gain weight more then 50kgs of watever i eat....any suggestions..???
Hi welcome to HCM Take good amount of proteinaceous food.take fruits,vegetable salads,oats.avoid oily foods and snacks.take plenty of fluid and fruit juices.Drink milk with protein powder daily.Exercise regularly..check your BMI..if its normal 18-23..you neednot worry..consult your doctor for expert management.thankyou
