Hey sir/mam good evening i gotta ask one question as i am of 15 years a teenager and weighs 50 kg only and m really very skinny all of my friends and my family members say that i should gain some weight so one day i saw a commercial add of endura mass so i today bought endura mass 40g can u tell me will it b useful?

Thanx for using hcm. you didnt mentioned about your height,whats your height.For increasing weight high calorie well balanced diet is enough.Have small meals five times a day.consume variety of cereals like rice,breads,oats,noodles ,pasta.Use milk and dairy products liberally.consume atleast one protein source daily in every meal. like egg,chicken without skin, fish, beans, pulses.use jams ,jellies,honey as it gives you more calories.Never ignore vegetables and fruits they are the bundle of vitamins and minerals.Endura mass is a good product it helps in gaining weight.but these things you cannot take life long.Make healthy diet a part of your routine life and enjoy its benefits.
