Suggest Treatment To Get Back Vision In Left After Injury

I had a problem (some sharp object hit my eye in my childhood) to my left eye and lost vision (25 yrs ago) as far as left eye is concerned. I heard about Ayurveda treatments and would like to under go one. The Ayurveda doctors ruled out the vision to left eye (stating it was a retina detachment issue) but advised to under go a treatment which might improve eye ball size and squint. Now I was in a dilemma whether to undergo that or not as my right eye has complete vision and no problems with that so far. Can you please let me know will there be any possibility of side effects for right eye or any other, if I under go treatment for the left eye. Also, any possibility of vision to retina detached issues? Just wanted to have second opinion before proceeding further. Please advise. Appreciate your help.

It seems from the history that you are having loss of vision in left eye following injury.
Since it was because of retinal detachment and it is very long back, now there is no option of getting the vision back in that eye. But you can undergo cosmetic surgeries to have better appearance and these surgeries will not affect the normal right eye.
