Hi!Doctor,this is Nidhi here 23 years old.I was applying skinlite cream since 1 year but now i am not using it from 3 months and i m getting pimples,dark complexion on chin,forehead,mose my original complexion wheatish.so you plz advice good cream.i just want .my real complexion back.
I can understand your concern for marks. These marks are activity of melanocytes in the superficial epidermal layer of skin or due to sun tanning also.
As you have used skinlite cream which contains steroids so this can cause signs of steroid abuse in form of pimples and dark complexion.
Lightening agents such as Kojic acid or azelaic acid cream application which you can use under dermatological guidance. So considering the above facts you can apply these cream but only under dermatological supervision.
The most important part in treatment is by sun protection by all measures. Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem of pigmentation can be dealt best for future time. Eat healthy diet containing lot of Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
