Suggest Treatment To Get Eye Alignment Corrected

i ve recently noticed in the mirror that when i look straight, my right eye is normal but my left eye turns to the left slightly. being the paranoid person that i am, i m wondering if i leave it as it is, it ll develop into exotropia or something? also, i got new glasses about 2 weeks ago, if that s somehow responsible? it s the same strength as my last pair, just a larger frame. i ve worn glasses since i was 10yrs old, and i haven t noticed anything until now. is there any way to fix this so my eyes are normal and become aligned again? i think surgery is only cosmetic and isn t a permanent solution. will wearing an eyepatch or doing crosseye exercises help? thank you so much for your time, i greatly appreciate any answers

Do complete eye examination. Vision fundus and and ocular muscle movment and cover test to know exotropia is to be done. Surgery is not requested. Proper reconnection is to be given. At-this time he is to report to orthoptic section of eye opd. He may need prismatic correction.
