Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Acne On The Face

I am suffering from acne on cheecks n particularly on chin from last some years.they keep coming n vanishes .since some days my face has become so heat sensitive.it gets hot n red in coming contact with warm temperature or eating steaming hot food. I went to doctor for this problem along with that my acne problem. They prescribed me spectraban + emosome cream+ cetaphil cleansing lotion.+microbenz3 5, The results are..acne n heat sensitiveness has curbed to some extent ..BT still in sun and while cooking face got red hot n chin acne still persists..now on next visit they prescribed me DERMADEW + adapalene and clindamycin phosphate gel + altafer( zinc and iron ) tablets...is the treatment m given so far would benefit me against acne n heat sensativeness. ? Do I ever get a clear face by this treatment?

Hi!! You have 2 problems: one is acne and other heat sensitivity. You can continue using spectraban , cetaphil cleansing lotion, eumosone and altafer tablets. As far as adapelene and microbenz are concerned both can make your face more heat sensitive.So you should avoid them for sometime. On the red areas you should apply metrogyl gel twice daily while use nadibact cream on the acne lesions.Also take a course of antibiotic azithromycin for 6 weeks.This will surely help in getting rid of both acne and heat sensitivity .
