Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Dandruff And Severe Hair Loss

Hi im male 27 years, i have dandruff patches on my head and i am observing hair loss too, my scalp is little visible, as per google i got info that i may have scalp psoriasis, i live in middle east. An advice from my friend i am using mintope forte 5%, since a week, what shall i do to get rid of both issues, hairloss and psoriasis of scalp.

You can use noskurff lotion in night and sleep.

In day you can use sebowash shampoo to wash your hair.

Also take antihistamine tablet like cetrizine

This will give you relief.
