I understand your anxiety but I cannot prescribe medications for you but I surely can help you to a great extent. For dandruff the best way out is to use a shampoo containing salicylic acid if that is available to you as an OTC product. It will work better if given along with steroid preparation for scalp use in the initial period. You might use some anti fungal for oral use on the prescription of a dermatologist to hasten the process of killing the causative fungus. For male baldness, you might use a preparation containing Minoxidil on the advice of a doctor but please use 5% variant of the same. at times, there is an indication to co-prescribe antiandrogens like Finasteride. You may skip Biotin as that drug helps in diffuse type of hair loss but not the male pattern baldness.
