Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on face since 4 years which is due to skin susceptibility. It could be due to hormonal changes, stress and blocked secretions of salivary glands. I would suggest you to wash face with plain water 3-4 times a day. Apply cream rich in kojic acid or azealic acid. Chew vitamin C pellet daily. Drink plenty of water. You can apply clindamycin gel as well. If your symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once and get it examined. You can go for chemical peeling and microabrasion as well. Take diet rich in multivitamins.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
