I m 15, 5 11 , and weighed 156 lbs as of about 3 weeks ago. I ve never been fat but have never been comfortable or satisfied with how my body looked. About 3 weeks ago I cut down significantly on what I was eating. I m not exactly sure how much weight I ve lost, but Id estimate probably about 20-25 lbs. Im definitely satisfied with my weight now, but my skin feels loose. I have puffy nipples but when I feel them they re empty. I have quite a bit of loose skin on my stomach. I can pull it up about 2.5 inches. When I lay down I can see my abs but when I stand up my excess skin kind of hides them. How can I tighten my skin or tone my body to fix this. I forgot to add that I don t really have this problem when I get cold or get out of the shower, so tha s another reason I think my skin needs to tighten
