You need to give regular prophylactic therapy which includes inhaled
steroids like
budecort , but main point is that one needs to use these regularly to be effective ,it is not for as and when required use .
Salbutamol inhalation can be used to control acute symptoms as and when required. So most important is regular use ,if despite regular use , symptoms are not under control , use of combinations like foracort ,adding drugs like monteleukast can be considered by your health care provider to control symptoms.
