Hi,

There are many reason for low sperm count
• Varicocele - swelling of veins in testicle / scrotum
• Infection - Sexually Transmitted Diseases or Non Sexually Transmitted Diseases causing epididymitis, orchitis
• Anti-sperm antibodies
• Hormone imbalances
• Alcohol & Smoking
• Food habits like increased soy food, junk food

Share more details regarding the above cause.

I hope I have answered your query. If you have further doubts, I would be happy to help you.

Regards,
Dr. S. R. Raveendran, Sexologist
