HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
It would be possible to increase your weight but would not likely to be possible to increase your height at this age.
Final height is genetically determined though environmental factors also play a role eg if a person has a long history of illness.
At the end of the long bones in the arms and legs , there is an area called the
epiphyseal plate or growth plate. Bone is added to this plate and this is how persons get taller and their arms longer.
After a certain age, usually at the end of adolescence (age 16 to 19), this plate changes. It becomes an epiphyseal line. No more bone is added to it, no more growth can happen.
When this change occurs, a person cannot get taller.
At age 22, you would have passed this point unfortunately so though you can gain weight, you would not be able to get taller.
Weight gain can be achieved by increasing the portion sizes of your meals and also increasing how often you eat (snacking between meals)
Adding condiments to your food to increase the calorie value would also help eg adding oils, dressings, butter, peanut butter.
Supplements with the
B vitamins may help to increase your appetite so that you eat more.
I hope this helps
