sir im mahesh, having 29 of years age...all these days i ve been searching for.....is there any way to help me to increase my height...im very dissappointed with my height...i feel shy to stand besides the girls and boys whio are taller than me....in these getting married with this height its became a hard thing for me...pls let me know a solution im 5.3 inches now.
Hello and thank you for your question Unfortunately after your bones fuse in your teen years there is no way to increase your height. It is best to make peace with your size. Height is not important, what is important is the person that you are. Mahatma Ghandi was only 5'5" tall and look what a great man and leader he was. Mother Teresa was 5 feet tall. Many great people in the world have not been tall. You can accomplish great things, your height does not matter. Please try to make peace with your size Regards
