HI I'M 19 YEARS OLD AND 5 0 INCHES TALL AND IS THERE A CHANCE FOR ME TO GAIN AT LEAST 2-3 INCHES? AND I'M 89 POUNDS. do try doing a lot of exercises
stetching ones will help
dont do weight bearing exercises.
