hello i am cosi , 20 years old my height is 145cm. iam searching medecine for growing height and i have seen on this web page about step up does it works? if not then please can suggest anything to increase my height? at what age do girls stop growing in height?

height is depends upon growing of your bones . and bones are depends upon ossification centre. usully ossification of bones stop between age of 18 to 21.
yor are now 20 years. The product you have mentioned is not aprooved by FDA (food and drug administration) either in India or US. so i can't suggest .
