Hi, sir i have a problem of hight .my age is 21 and hight 5feet 4 inches ,wheight is 48 kg ,,, plz tel me that my hight can be increased or not ? and what i should do to increase my hight as quiqly as possible ,because i wana go in air force but my hight is problem ,help me plz. . .

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

I am sorry to tell that there is no way to increase your height after 18 years old.
An individual stops growing in height after the fusion of the epiphyses of the long bones, which occurs by the age of 16-18 years in males.
Considering the fact that you are 21 years old your bones had already fused and neither food supplements or specific exercises can have an obvious effect in increasing your height.
Just accept your height and try to feel comfortable with it.
