Suggest Treatment To Increase The Weight

Hi, I am a computer professsional of 26 yrs age. I am very skinny..i weight around 53 Kgs and height is around 5'9". When i eat more my belly is growing.but not my weight. Can you suggest me how i can put on weight..do going to Gym regularly will help me in this regard?

You said your height is 5feet 9 inches and your weight 53 kg. The BMI (body mass index comes to about 17.3 which is already underweight.

You said when you eat your belly grow but not your weight. This may be your misconception. You should weigh yourself at regular interval and at a fixed time of the day. eg Every Monday mornig of a week.

You are a computer professional so you are facing a risk factor of having a sedentary life style. But as you told that you can go to Gym if possible then I advice you that doing weight lifting exercise with appropriate diet containing protein would help you grow your muscles accompanied by proper sleep.

You can try going to gym for a month. Then see results.
