Suggest Treatment To Increase Weight And Gain Stamina
Sir, I am a 22 year guy from India. I am a student. My height is 5'11". But my weight is 65 kg. According to my height, my weight is not accurate. I appear very thin which hampers my personality. Maybe due to that, I don't have good stamina. I often feel very lethargic. Please help me to overcome these problems.
Hi Thanks for addressing your query. To increase weight you must follow small frequent meal pattern. Which means you must eat something substantial (not necessarily fried and oily food) after every 2 hours. Include milk based, chicken, paneer, pulses in your diet on a daily basis. You may snack on shakes, juices, sprout chat, bhuna channa (roasted gram) cheese/chicken/paneer sandwiches. Snack food can be eaten 3-4 times a day. Must eat breakfast, including a glass of milk/ shake, sandwich/poha, paneer cubes/ eggs, a fruit on a daily basis. Your lunch and dinner must have 2-3 roti, dal, vegetable, curd, salad and dessert if you wish. You may include rice as well. Apart from this start doing light exercise for 20-25 minutes 3-4 times a week. Hope all this will help you. Please feel free to ask anything further regarding this. All the very best!
