Suggest Treatment To Lose Weight

hi i was just curious what i could be doin wrong im 21 5'4" and weight 200lbs ive tried to lose weight but somethings not workin cut the soda out drink more water started working out and eating healthy no more fast food no candy most of the food i eat is from the nutrition center in my store. ive been told i dont have a thyroid problem either and im just at my end and dont know what else to do

I can understand your concern . Yes there is a thing to worry. At your height an ideal weight should be around 130 lbs. You have to cut down on your weight.I will help you out.


Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
Keep patience . Try this routine for 6 months . Get back to us.
