I am 31 yeras old female, 5ft 4 inches tall. I dnt want to go to gym as everytime i stop it my weight bounces back. can you help? Also i hvae been following a good diet for these 15 days.
Hello there, The weight that you gain post you stopping the gym is due to an enhanced appetite that you had during gymming continuing now yet your physical activity is not matching up to it. Secondly to trigger fat loss in your body you should try interval training-For example walks. Jog for 2 mins and then walk briskly for 8 mins. repeat this for 60 mins so you would have 6 cycles. Weight loss is a gradual process. You can hope to lose 0.5 kg per week provided you eat healthy alongside.
Hope this helps, Dr Arun A
