Suggest Treatment To Maintain Healthy Blood Pressure

hi doctors my blood pressure is normally high I am on a low dose of blood pressure medication and my blood pressure today just shortly is very low I had a a dizzy spell and a lot of sweating and when I came out of it my blood pressure was low I just wanted to make sure that was okay what do you think

Hi welcome to HCM.
Low blood pressure in your case seem to be of autonomic dysfunction.Maintain adequate hydration with 3-4 liters of water.Drugs like fludrocortisone and midodrine will help to elevate the blood pressure.Elevation of foot end of bed is advised.Have a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional echo to rule out organic heart disease.If these tests are normal,nothing needs to be done further.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
