Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain black spots on face seems to be due to post infammatory
hyperpigmentation that occurs after resolution of pimples and needs to be treated with
depigmentation topical treatment and certain clinical techniques..
You can be advised to wash your face with salicylic and
glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Yo can apply Azelic acid creams..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
Limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when going into sun..
You can also go for photofacial,
microdermabrasion and chemical peelings..
As far as holes or scars are concerned they cannot be resolved completely with medication and needs to be treated with certain techniques depending upon the type of scars as there can be varying types of scars like
boxcar scars, waterpik scars, rolling border types etc..
For scars applying silicone gel can help..
Certain techniques like Fractional CO2 lazer, microdermabrasion, dermal rollers, microneedling, excision along with elevation can help..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
