Hello My Name is keith, My question is how can i lose my belly fat and it is huge. I get joked on about how I look like I m pregnant with twins, and when am I do. I know my problem is my eating habits. I slowed down on beer and soda pop but I still love junk food, that is all I like: hamburgers, fries, hotdogs, cheese, mayo, ketchup, bbq sauce, pizza, Ice cream. I love that type of food, I don t eat noooo veggitables...don t like em, dont like the look of them or what smell they do have. That is my problem HELP
