Suggest Treatment To Reduce Swelling And Pain In Wrist After A Fall

Hi i caught my daughter as she was falling off our bench at the dinner take and the bench came with her. The corner of it hit my right wrist with immediate blue coloration, then it started swelling, it hurts in my hand as i use it, and it kind of feels weird in my elbow ans my hearts racing because Im freaking out about it., I put on ice but that seeme

you are doing completely right... continue placing ice on the site and repeat multiple times a day. also keep your wrist elevated and apply crepe bandage to avoid swelling.. still it doesnt resolve in couple of days please visit your orthopeadician ASAP to rule out other diagnosis. but i belive it should do the trick
