Suggest Treatment To Reduce Swelling In Penis And Burning Sensation When Erect

I had sex while intoxicated two nights ago. During sex I noticed a bit of soreness from my penis and assumed I was stressing it from the current position. I was too intoxicated at the time to notice anything major but the next morning I woke up with my penis purplish in color like a bruise along the top side. No major pain was happening though. I ve been using a cold compress in 10 minute intervals to make the swelling go away after showering but am worried my penis will be curved. I do not have a primary car physician so I am unsure if I should find a doctor or keep using a cold compress and hope it heals like a bruise would leaving my penis unscathed. When I become erect, there is no intense immediate pain but there is a mild burning sensation when I bend it downward. That pain does not exist when flaccid. What do I do?

Hello,

Be gentle with yourself. Applying Silverex gel/ointment or Alpha male penile cream will also work effectively. Wear loose fitting cotton clothes. Make sure that the clothes do not rub against the private area affected. Take Acetaminophen or Naproxen, one after food to help control the symptoms of inflammation, soreness, pain & discomfort.

As it heals the penis will straighten, it will not curve. Get clinically examined by a urologist to rule out any internal injury or trauma that can cause complications later. Get STD tests done just to rule them out. You will be treated with antibiotics or antivirals if needed.
