hello doctor my age is 24 and i am suffering from genetic tear trough type very dark circles around my eyes i've always had them since my childhood so i wanted to know if i use hydroquinone cream to lighten my dark circles, will that cause any side effect since my under eye area is thinned and dark

If it is present from child hood then you should accept it. No oint ment or cream is safe. they all will have side effect.
