Suggest Treatment To Reduce Weight

I was doing hcg injections back in May, for weight loss, I stopped them without doing the phase 3 and just went back to bad eating, and I gained a ton of weight back fast, so I did hcg drops (non hormones) and lost a bunch of the weight but not all of it, again screwed up and didn t stablalize properly, and since then I have gained 30 pounds, in record amount of time, no one gains weight this fast, I know its from the hcg how do I stop myself from gaining daily, I eat like a normal person, yet I gain a pound a day or more

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is best to lose weight gradually, rapid loss due to drastic diet changes is often associated with rapid weight regain.

There are different diet options that you can consider, low fat/low calorie diet or the low carb diet.
You can choose the one that is best for you.

If you can consistently gaining weight then your calorie intake is greater than what you body currently needs so it is converting the extra energy into fat and storing it.
You may want to note what you are using and also your activity level

I hope this helps
