Hi ,Hope you are fine. Yes, go for healthy diet , go for healthy options in appropriate portion. You have 30-32 kg more weight than ideal weight. I only suggest you in diet you can have whole grain or multi grain cereals, peas,beans, nuts, chicken breast,lean meat (2-3 times in a week) skimmed milk, cut off all oily refined processed foods and sugary products.Consult Dietitian.Because you are overweight you need to switch on healthy diet and lifestyle and do workout 30 minutes daily or 5 days in a weak at least. Being overweight or obesity leads to diabetes, heart problems, dyslipedimia, renal problems .so please switch to healthy lifestyle . it will help to reduce weight and also reduce risk of having above health problems .
