Suggest Treatment To Remove Skin Colored Dots On Face

I have little skin colored dots on my face. It started on my fore head but now moved onto my cheecks and chin area, now my question is how do i get rid of these dots?

PS. I don't think their pimples because if i squeeze them a thick white substance comes out
