Hello, skin tags are benign outgrowths of the skin, related to recent weight loss or weight gain ..Yes, they are asymptomatic and only concern is cosmetic..But they can be removed in a single sitting under local anesthesia by electrocautery.. I am afraid to tell that there is no means that u can remove by urself at home, moreover the chemicals in armpit may do more harm than good.
So, visit a dermatologist and get them removed.
All the best.
