PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! I HAVE OLD NONWOOD SPLINTERS ON MY HAND?

i was stabed with a pencile almost 2 years ago on the tip of my indexfinger,itsgotten pretty deepive tried to get it out with a needel a few times within the2years, it gotpainful and i was scared of bleeding so i stopedits not painful orinfected, but i would really like to take it outi went to a dematoligistyestorday and he said dont worry about it thank you. and i also have somethingon the pawn of my hand i would also like to get out



my medical doctor is old and idk if he can see very well but hes not very good, and i dont have houndreds of dollars to spend. PLEASE HELP
