Hi , I am 27 year old and i m started to notice kins a wrinkle around my eyes ans i stil get lots pimple and redness on my face a lot . I m also getting some thick hair on my chin in two different patches and my skin is pretty dark where those thick hairs are.

It seems from the history that you are having wrinkles around the eyes and these can be removed by cosmetic oculoplastic procedures like by injection of Botox or by use of oculoplastic surgeries.
These surgeries are helpful for removal of the dark patches and for removal of the thick hairs also.
