Suggest Treatment To Stop Bladder Dropping Into Vagina And Bladder Soreness

I am 72 yrs old widow 20 yrs. not sexualy active, had hyso ,vaginaly, 18 yres ago.and a half hearted attempt at bladder tightening..since then my bladder has dropped into my vaigina and it bulges outside of my body , way out complete ball hanging out all the time, and it has reciently become very sore, is there a treatment to be found??

The bladder prolapse has no medicinal cure, it requires surgical correction
only.
Primary care with plenty of liquids to avoid urine infection and foot end
elevation of the bed when resting helps to some extent.
