Hello dear Understand your concern You can use gynecologist prescribed mifegest abortion pill under observation as it is not secret in breast milk. (safe in breast feeding mother).Do not try this pill at home as it cause excessive bleeding, abdominal cramp and abnormal development of pregnancy in failure. Procedure: Day 1: Mifepristone 600 mg orally after food Day 2: Misoprostol 800 ug vaginally (should be put high in the vagina by gynecologist). Extra dose requirement can be decide by gynecologist if abortion process will not start. Day 3: Follow up visit Day 14: USG to check incomplete process of abortion. Normally bleeding will start 30-50 minutes after misoprostol pill and whole process will complete in 4-5 days. It does not require hospitalization, but should be used under supervision of gynecologist. If excessive bleeding ( 2 pads/hour for two consecutive hour) and excessive cramp that is not tolerable, you have to contact gynecologist immediately. You will recover in 5-8 days.
