Suggest Treatments For Bad Cold ?
My 4 year old daughter has been sick for over a week with a bad cough. I used to work in the microbiology lab at a hospital, so I am used to seeing what the secretions look like with RSV. She was just vomiting and spitting up that viscous, clear nasal discharge, and her skin is blotchy. She has been warm, but I haven't taken her temp yet...

This could be allergic cough, and will go away without any medicine, if symptoms becomes worse like high grade fever yellow secretion, then it demand the attention, otherwise this will be fine soon I would advise you to try some pure honey this gives very good results have nice day.

It appears that she has viral fever, with the cold, and cough. i advise you to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms amoxycillin, phenylphrine hydrochloride, citrizine, and paracetamol for relief.
Give her more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to prevent the recurrence of such infections.
