I can understand your concern. If your lower lip is swelling without any other discomfort, it could be an allergic reaction to some substance that you are not aware about.
You should start taking antihistamine such as Levocetrizine 5 mg (Levocet) or Loratidine 10 mg (Lorfast) once a day for 5-7 days. If it will be an allergic reaction, it will subside with this medication.
However, if it persists after 2 days of starting the medicine or does not decrease in size at all, you should see a dentist for clinical examination of the lip regarding presence of infection, cyst etc. Treatment can be started after the examination, investigations and diagnosis.
