Understanding your concern. As per your query you have black pigmentation on face which is due to means overproduction of melanin pigment under the skin. It could be due to other trigger factors also like hormonal changes and some underlying disease. Need not to worry. You should start with melacare as it is very effective as it contains hydroquinone, tretinoin and steroid. You should use it at night, wash it in the morning and apply sunscreen. Do not expose yourself to sun while melacare on your face.
