Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dark spots on face which is because hormonal change at particular age and this condition is recurrent. You are taking so many medications but not benefited much. I would suggest you to start with application of topical antibacterial clindamycin gel. You should drink plenty of water. Apply mashed potatoes on face to lighten skin. Apply creams rich in kojic acid and benzoyl gel as well. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once. Dermabrasion, Fractional CO 2 Laser, Chemical peeling,Miocroabrasion are all recent methods of skin clearing. Don't pick up acne as it will leave scars on face.
