Suggest Treatments For Eye Drifting To Outside

I have been putting off having cataract surgery because of anxiety of it the past year.....can't see at all out of my right eye....and have noticed in mirror that the eye is starting to drift to outside a bit......is this just a coincidence or can having no vision in an eye cause "lazy eye"....if so, are there exercises I can do to pull it back to normal?....thanks

Hello
It seems from the history that your eye is drifting outside and this is called as exotropia. The probable cause for exotropia is stimulus deprivation resulting in low vision in the eye because of cataract.
The treatment is first to treat the cataract to remove the stimulus deprivation.
Hence I advice you to undergo cataract surgery at the earliest to prevent development of lazy eye.

Thank you
