Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Sudden onset of hair loss could be due to triggers like anaemia, thyroid disorders, physical illness in the last 6 months, surgeries, pregnancy and delivery.
You have mentioned that she has been on thyronorm supplements.
If her hypothyroidism was detected recently, do give it at least 3-6 months to normalise. It will take time for the hair shedding to return to normal.
In the meantime, she can take oral supplements containing biotin, cysteine and methionine once a day. It will help to prevent further hair loss.
Let her have a diet rich in proteins and anti oxidants. ( fruits and vegetables)
Do consult a dermatologist if the hair fall is not coming under control even after 3 months of oral biotin supplements.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
