Suggest Treatments For Hearing Problems

I am 54 years old and having hearing problems. Most of the times I feel that my ears are full of air as anyone feels when they climb on a mountain or during plane's take off and landing. Apart from this, I have a typical problem and i.e. while leasoning i usally leason the word which is similar to word that some has said. For example, if anyone says "Its a nice dish" I hear "its a nice fish". Its creating a problem for me while I am in a meeting. Also I couldn't recognise the words correctly if TV is on during the conversation or any noice that interrupting the opponent's voice. I have been to my Doctor and hospital and they did all the hearing trests and come to a conclusion that they did not find any thing wrong.

Please can you advice me what to do and why I am facing this problem
